Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with Elevated Marketing Space for digital marketing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided, including website design, CRM hosting, social media management, and marketing automation.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to website design, landing page creation, CRM system setup, social media management, and email marketing automation. The scope of each project will be defined in a separate agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices: All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods. Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date may incur a late fee or project cancelation.

Refunds: All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

4. Project Timelines & Revisions

We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Revisions are included within the scope of the project, limited to 5 rounds of changes. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the services outlined.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, access, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met. Delays in providing required materials may result in extended deadlines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elevated Marketing Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice. If terminated by the client, all work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced.
